Your maintenance request is important to us.

All maintenance requests or property inquiries MUST be submitted in writing via our online portal below. 

Non-emergency requests are monitored Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm EST.  Please expect a response within the next business day.  If your request is urgent, please call or text 973-289-8972 and leave a message. 

EMERGENCIES:

  • Fire, flood and/or uncontrollable water, electrical problem, smell of gas, etc.
  • Emergencies causing immediate danger such as fire -- call 911.
  • Emergencies involving IMMEDIATE electrical danger or suffering a service disruption -- call the utility service directly.
  • Emergencies such as backed up plumbing, flooding, call Wright Group Property Management at 973-289-8972.
